My name is Kathy, and I am a wife, mother of 3 adult girls and 1 son, and the grandmother of the 7 most precious children on earth. (Really! The most precious!) I have lived a wonderful, happy life with a whole lot of curve balls thrown at me. Life has been a rollercoaster, and I have learned how to live it without showing people the true amount of stress and depression that has gone along with it. Now it is time to face some demons and look back into the past so I can heal and move into the future.
I want to be able to help others do the same thing! I know I am not the only one out there that has suffered from silent depression and has been dodging lemons all my life! I hope that you will come along for the ride with me! In my journey if I can help at least one person work through some issues it will all be worth it!
